The seller offered to make another ring and expedite to me, and when I asked about that, I didn’t get a response. When I asked for another update, I didn’t get response. Disappointed because the ring was a gift and I was definitely looking forward to it. Great communication in the beginning and none now.

Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders come safely packaged and in a reusable jewelry box with satin pouch. If you would like to include a gift note please write so in the buyer's notes upon check out. Message me for further inquiries on gift wrapping
Handmade & Gemstone picking
Each piece is handcrafted and unique in itself in some way.
Slight variations in color, shape or texture may occur from piece to piece, especially when it comes to natural stones and pearls or due to the process of creating.
The process of creation will bring a unique character to your new piece.
Production
I handcraft and make to order all the items in my ship. Every order will be ready to ship with 8-10 days. Custom can take longer depending on the request.
I handcraft each piece of jewelry with care from scratch in my home studio meaning it takes us 3-10 working days to create it and have it mailed to you. As soon as it is mailed I mark it as shipped. Shortly after you will receive an automatic email explaining how to track it. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out!

Shipping time is additional and will vary depending on your location.

International: the buyer is responsible for paying the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
Sizing details
These rings can be made to sizes 5-12 US Size. You will have to use an online converter if you don't know yours, I suggest www.ringsizes.co
If you are looking for a different ring size than those listed above, please feel free to email me.
Please consider if you are ordering a large statement ring or stacking rings, it will be tighter than one thin ring, therefore I would recommend to increase the size you order.

Returns & Refunds
While I do accept exchanges and returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping to me and shipping charges won't be included in the refund amount.
Care instructions
We use only solid 925 Sterling Silver, avoid hairsprays and nail polish remover and use a simple polish cloth to shine it up back to new!
